Use the AI Campaign Wizard
The AI Campaign Wizard helps you turn a campaign goal into a launch-ready campaign plan. Use it when you want DriveMetaData to recommend campaign strategy, audience, channels, templates, and schedules before launch.
Before you start
Confirm these items before using the wizard:
- You can describe the campaign goal in clear business language.
- Campaign, audience, and template data exists in the workspace.
- AI services are available for the selected workspace.
- A user, client, and workspace context are active.
- You are ready to review AI recommendations before launch.
Open the wizard
- Open Campaign Schedule.
- Select Schedule New Campaign.
- In Select Campaign, select Schedule Campaign with AI.
The wizard opens with seven steps:
| Step | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Campaign Brief | Describe the campaign goal |
| Campaign Strategy | Review AI-recommended campaign strategies |
| Audience Matching | Review AI-recommended audiences |
| Channel Selection | Choose recommended channels |
| Template Selection | Choose templates for each selected channel |
| Smart Scheduling | Accept or customize schedule recommendations |
| Review & Launch | Review the plan and launch |
Step 1: Campaign Brief
Use Campaign Brief to describe what you want the campaign to accomplish.
Write a goal that includes:
- Audience intent or lifecycle stage.
- Campaign outcome.
- Product, offer, or message theme.
- Timing or urgency when relevant.
The prompt must include enough detail to analyze. If the prompt is too short, the wizard asks for more detail.
You can also start from a preset such as Q4 Churn Prevention, Upsell Enterprise Tier, or Product Launch.
Step 2: Campaign Strategy
Use Campaign Strategy to review AI-recommended campaign options.
This step can show:
- Strategy cards.
- ROI, CTR, conversion, and confidence metrics.
- A quick comparison table.
- Strategy detail panel.
- Reasoning and key success factors.
Select the strategy that best matches the business goal. If no AI-matched strategy is available, use Browse All Campaigns to select a campaign manually.
Step 3: Audience Matching
Use Audience Matching to review recommended audiences.
This step can show:
- Recommended audience cards.
- Match score.
- Audience size.
- Engagement and revenue lift estimates.
- Risk assessment.
- Quick filters such as Recommended, Low Risk, and High Match (80+).
- Audience comparison and detail views.
Select the audience or audiences you want to use. If no AI-matched audience is available, use Browse All Audiences to select manually.
Step 4: Channel Selection
Use Channel Selection to choose the campaign delivery channels.
Supported AI wizard channels are:
- SMS.
- Email.
- WhatsApp.
- Push Notification.
The wizard can auto-select an AI-recommended channel combination. You can change the selection before continuing.
Continue only after the selected channel mix matches the audience, consent rules, and campaign goal.
Step 5: Template Selection
Use Template Selection to choose one template for each selected channel.
This step can show:
- Template tabs by channel.
- Recommended templates.
- Match score.
- Conversion, open rate, click rate, and usage metrics.
- Template details.
- Template preview.
- Create new template links.
Every selected channel needs a template before you continue. If AI does not find a good template match, use Browse All Templates or create a new template in the relevant template area.
The AI wizard selects one template per channel. Use the manual scheduler when you need direct A/B test setup during scheduling.
Step 6: Smart Scheduling
Use Smart Scheduling to review AI schedule recommendations for every selected channel.
For each channel, you can:
- Select Use AI suggestion.
- Select Customize.
- Choose Send once.
- Choose Repeat daily.
- Apply or cancel custom schedule changes.
Select a campaign timezone before continuing. Every selected channel must have a schedule.
If AI scheduling recommendations are unavailable, the wizard can show default schedule recommendations that you can review and customize.
Step 7: Review & Launch
Use Review & Launch to confirm the final campaign plan.
Review:
- Campaign name.
- Campaign strategy.
- Target audience.
- Delivery channels.
- Template for each channel.
- Schedule for each channel.
- Timezone.
Select Launch Campaign only after confirming the plan. When launch succeeds, the wizard shows Campaign Launched! with campaign and schedule identifiers when available.
Use View Campaigns to return to Campaign Schedule. Use Start New Campaign to reset the wizard.
AI recommendations require human review. Confirm audience, channels, templates, schedules, consent rules, suppression rules, and business goals before launch.
